Pico Veleta summit trail with 3,398m of altitude and located in the Sierra Nevada of Granada is an excellent option to get to know the beautiful landscapes challenging the body to a walk with a steep slope for almost the entire route, being a summit possible to do in a day with the batteries set to reach the top and fill ourselves with satisfaction.

From the first moment we will see extraordinary landscapes, enjoying the views and the particularities that the Sierra Nevada National Park has to offer. The height and continuous climb will challenge your skills during the tour, an adventure to challenge you!

This adventure is also privileged as it is possible all year round, with more covered clothing and specialized equipment surrounded by skis and snowboards in winter and in a t-shirt escaping the heat of the city breathing the fresh mountain air in summer.

Route description:

  • Location: Hoya de la Mora, Sierra Nevada National Park
  • Elevation gain: 898 meters
  • Total time: 6 hours

Difficulty:

Moderate (average physical condition). No prior experience is necessary, as our guides will accompany you throughout the entire route.
